Planet
At Andron, we take practical steps to protect natural resources, minimise our environmental footprint, and help our clients do the same. Today, we’re proud to say our fleet is fully electric, reducing our Scope 1 and client Scope 3 carbon emissions wherever we operate. We’re also moving all our offices to renewable energy – a crucial step towards our commitment to achieving net zero by 2040.
Through data-driven cleaning, we only use resources like water and energy where they’re actually needed, cutting down on waste and helping clients to green their buildings. We use chemical-free cleaning, zero-to-landfill waste management solutions, and closed-loop recycling, and we work with suppliers who share our commitment to sourcing sustainably. We also help clients boost biodiversity in their green areas with initiatives like beehives, hedgehog boxes, and bug hotels, creating habitats that support local ecosystems.Â

Inclusive Futures: Employment and skills programme
Inclusive Futures is Andron’s social impact initiative, providing meaningful job opportunities to people who’ve faced significant barriers to employment. Launched in 2020, the programme supports individuals who’ve experienced homelessness, care leavers, refugees, ex-forces and their families, and people with previous convictions. Working with partners like Social Bite, Drive Forward Foundation, and now Tent UK, we connect candidates with roles that suit their skills—whether in service or office-based positions, within Andron or with our clients.

To stay transparent and accountable, we disclose our carbon footprint through the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), achieving a B score in our most recent assessment. These practices provide our clients with the confidence that Andron is a trusted, responsible partner in sustainability.
