During these difficult times caused by the COVID-19 viral outbreak, we want to take the time to reassure you that Andron is closely monitoring the situation and are following the advice of public health experts and taking steps to minimise the impact upon our colleagues and clients alike.
The health and safety of our clients, colleagues and service partners are of paramount importance to us. We have outlined a comprehensive COVID-19 outbreak action plan which provides guidance to all of our teams in how to deal with the outbreak and assist their clients as best as possible.
To further this goal, we are remaining flexible to all of our clients’ requirements and ensuring sufficient staff levels across all sites. We are placing high priority on extra deep cleans and sanitisations, adapting our daily tasks to focus on high risk touchpoints. We look for the full support of all of our clients to ensure that we may continue to work as normally as possible and to help us maintain the finance and wellbeing of our company, our staff, and our supply chain, a challenge that our clients are already rising to so that we can all return to normal as quickly as possible as we most certainly will.
We are maintaining strong communications with all parties, hosting daily calls with representatives from across our business and supply chain partners to ensure we can fulfill stock levels of all required cleaning supplies and ensure we can provide uninterrupted service delivery. In addition to this, we are ensuring 24/7 helpdesk support to our customers through the implementation of a shift working system.
Finally, we are ensuring any of our employees who may be at risk are not required to come to work and must stay indoors and avoid contact with other people immediately. We are also promoting flexible working techniques to utilise working from home where possible and the replacement of face-to-face meetings with virtual meetings instead, prioritising the safety of our colleagues and clients at all times.
We will continue to monitor the situation and follow direction from the government and take any necessary action to protect the health and safety of our clients, employees and supply chain partners.
