As a family-owned business that strives to operate responsibly, Andron greatly values giving back to our local communities. Be it through charitable donations, employee volunteering days or creating employment opportunities for disadvantaged people, we aim to bring positive social impact to the communities in which we have been a part for over 40 years.
Last Friday (31st March), Andron proudly participated in the Great British Spring Clean 2023 initiative for the third year by organising two litter picks in London and Glasgow.
Our colleagues were joined by clients and service partners, including Jones Lang La Salle, in both locations for a collaborative volunteer day, working together to collect litter and clean up the streets. Armed with litter pickers, gloves, and bags, we hit the ground running and collected 49 bags of waste, making our communities greener, cleaner and a more beautiful place to live.
Not only did our efforts help to clean up the streets, but they also fostered a sense of community and collaboration. Working with our clients, service partners, and colleagues was an excellent opportunity to strengthen our relationships and create meaningful connections. Seeing the positive impact we can make when we come together for a common cause was heartening.
Being a responsible corporate citizen is essential to our business, and we take this responsibility seriously. It’s not just about making a profit; it’s about positively impacting the world around us. We’re proud of the concrete steps we continue to take to make this a reality and are grateful for the opportunity to have participated and made a meaningful impact in our local communities.
