Andron FM are fully committed to quality control and believe we can only ever improve what we measure. Part of our drive for continuous improvement means that we take proactive steps to monitor our own performance and regularly seek feedback from our clients. As COVID-19 restrictions started to ease, we issued a survey to our clients with the aim of gathering feedback on our performance during lockdown, and we are thrilled to have received an excellent average rating of 9.1.
In total, 85% of our clients commented that our communication in recent months has been either ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Good’ with many highlighting our responsiveness and proactive approach. Additionally, nearly three quarters of respondents described the service they received as ‘Excellent’, with all clients stating that the current service delivery model we provide fulfils their needs.
We are pleased to have been able to continually support our clients and help them to navigate the challenges posed by the pandemic. These scores, together with the testimonials we’ve received, highlight that we have remained committed to maintaining our exceptionally high standards during this difficult time.
