For the Andron Leadership Academy, we partnered with The Personal Growth Collective to design a tailored programme that meets our internal leadership needs and reflects our family-inspired values. The 6-month programme is focused on enhancing leadership capabilities across the organisation, equipping our team with the skills necessary to drive strategic objectives and support our ambitious goals.
Our CEO, Cheryl Stewart, has ambitious plans for Andron’s future and sees the Academy as a critical part of that vision: “I am thrilled to launch our leadership development programme, which focuses on nurturing our people internally to reach their full potential and support career progression. The Academy adopts a blended approach, combining leadership and technical modules that cover a wide range of topics—from cultivating a leadership mindset to operational excellence—and includes peer-to-peer coaching for continuous improvement. Here’s what we aim to achieve with our Academy:
