Andron Facilities Management has successfully secured a 5 year combined soft services contract with Jones Lang La Salle (JLL), following a competitive tender process.
The new win adds to Andron’s existing partnership with JLL, which began in 2015, and now comprises of over 200 sites across Scotland, the North of England, and London.
As part of the contract, Andron will provide cleaning, security, customer service, waste management, and additional soft FM services to 5 shopping centres across Scotland, and the North of England, including Gretna Gateway, Golden Square, Winsford Cross, Airedale, and Church Square. Andron will deploy approximately 200 staff members across the centres, supported by a dedicated JLL management team to ensure a customer-focused, ‘one team’ approach at all levels.
Andron will also play an essential role in JLL’s mission to “Build a better tomorrow” with the introduction of several sustainability initiatives at each centre, focusing on the key pillars of wellbeing, community, and reducing environmental impacts. The shopping centres will also make use of the latest data-driven technology, allowing our teams to proactively maintain a clean and hygienic environment for all centre visitors.
