Andron is delighted to announce that it has secured a new, three-year contract for the North West’s largest out-of-town business destination Birchwood Park.
Recognised as one of the most successful centres for Nuclear Services in the UK, Birchwood Park is home to companies such as Jacobs and Rolls-Royce. With high-quality, flexible office space, co-working spaces, industrial units, meeting and events facilities, green spaces, and state-of-the-art occupier amenities, Birchwood Park has cultivated a pioneering community-led environment that goes the extra mile to nurture a workplace that is much more than just the workspace.
Situated only 1.8 miles from Andron’s local office in Warrington, the Park’s managing agent awarded the cleaning, hygiene and window cleaning contract to Andron following a competitive tender process.
Andron’s innovative operational approach is based upon a best-practice model that will deliver efficiency, value for money and customer-focused services. With an emphasis on fresh ideas, innovation, consistency and attention to detail, Andron’s delivery model will ensure a proactive and reactive cleaning service to support the flexible needs of Birchwood Park. All services will be delivered in line with Birchwood Park’s “Expect More” ethos, which ensures an exceptional workplace experience for the Birchwood Park community.
With a target date of net zero by 2030, Birchwood Park is doing everything in its power to remain environmentally friendly and contribute to the social and economic sustainability of the nation. Andron, too, is on the journey to net zero and will utilise its sustainable cleaning solutions that reduce indirect carbon emissions and our collective environmental impact. For example, cleaning teams will use chemical-free cleaning products and energy-efficient equipment, whereas Andron’s on-site window cleaning team will drive fully electric vehicles.
Cheryl Stewart, Director, Andron, commented:
“Birchwood Park is committed to creating an exceptional workplace experience focusing on wellbeing and community. By implementing data-driven solutions and a highly visible and sustainable cleaning presence, we will support Birchwood Park in achieving these goals and continue to be a leading business park in the North West region.
“We are delighted to have been awarded this exciting contract and look forward to working closely with Birchwood Park to achieve all contract objectives.”
Martin O’Rourke, Commercial Director, Birchwood Park added:
“The success of preserving the Park’s unique culture and community-led environment, where employees are empowered to reach both their personal and professional potential, largely depends on the upkeep and maintenance of the space our occupiers use throughout the working week.
“As we are dedicated to consistently providing a positive and inclusive experience for all occupiers without compromising our sustainability goals, having Andron come onboard is a huge boost. Their facilities management expertise will aid in keeping Birchwood Park on track to achieve our ambition of becoming Net Zero in all our managed areas and buildings by 2030.”
